Remarks:

  • Bank transfer fee, if any, is to be paid by you. Please make sure that we are going to receive the whole amount, with no extra charges on our side.
  • Please send the scanned copy of your bank receipt as Payment Confirmation by e-mail to fsi@sau.ac.in. Please make sure that the bank receipt contains:
    • Reason for payment as FSI 2015
    • your Name
    • your University/Institution
    • your Country
  • In case the above items do not show up on the automatic generated receipt then you can write these information by hand. It will be easier for us to track the money sent by you.
  • To register as a student, you need to produce a statement from your supervisor or head of the department that your status is “student” and not an “employee” of any kind.
  • On the spot registration fee will accepted only in cash. The acceptable currencies are US Dollar, Euro and Indian Rupee.

Cancellation Policy:

50% fee will be refunded in all categories if cancellation is made until November 15, 2015. Cancellations after November 15, 2015, will not be refunded. The refunds will be reimbursed after the conference.
